The Wedding Ceremony will be held on the sand at Hanalei Beach, surrounded by the stunning view of the bay and framed by majestic mountains.

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Ceremony Location

*A map/ guide will be provided a few days prior so that you can easily find the ceremony location located on the beach.

*PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY LOCATION BY 3:45 PM*

We ask that everyone be there before we arrive, so you can be in the pre-wedding video footage, and we can start the ceremony on time.

All guests should park at the Black Pot Beach Parking lot, located 5 minutes from the location where the ceremony will be held. It is strongly encouraged to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to give ample amount of time to walk, make your way to the location, and get settled.

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM

After the ceremony ends, we will take family photos and final video coverage.

The Bride & Groom will depart with the photographer at 5:00 PM to go take post-wedding pics. After they are done, they will meet everyone at the dinner location.

After the ceremony, you will take a short 16-minute drive to The Sandbox restaurant located inside the 1 Hotel to celebrate our marriage with cocktails & dinner as we watch fire dancing and the sunset over the picturesque Hanalei Bay.

* Valet Parking is discounted for restaurant patrons for up to 4 hours for $20 + tax.

*For those who are driving, there is designated Guest Parking in the lot.

The drive from the hotel to the after-party location is just a short 7-minute drive.
